experience. He has held positions with-in well-known Fortune 500 firms in Banking,
Finance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Marketing, and Training and Development.
His coaching approach is built on the foundation that effective communication, strong
relationships and fundamental leadership competencies influence individuals more
than simply position title and power.
